Fullerton Hotel - Review

I went to the Fullerton Hotel for a short 2 days 1 night staycation. The intention was to celebrate my birthday. I booked a night at the Straits Club Heritage Room from Klook. It came with breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails.

The room gives me a business hotel vibe. There is sufficient space in the room. The most impressive part of the room is the washroom. The washroom was spacious and clean! It came with a bathtub, a vanity area, a shower area and a toilet bowl with electric self-cleaning bidets with heated seats! It reminds me of Japan. I love the washroom the most.

The room has a balcony too. I didn't chill out on the balcony, as it was raining during my stay. Moreover, it didn't have a great view too. It was facing the banks.

We had the afternoon tea and breakfast at the Straits Club at level 4. There's no wow factor about the meals. They are alright.

Do you know that the Fullerton Hotel was Singapore's first General Post Office? I am not going to talk about history. You can find out more about the history of the Fullerton Hotel at level 1 or its website.

Overall, I did enjoy my stay at the Fullerton Hotel. If I were to compared my staycation here to Andaz, I prefer my staycation at Andaz due to the splendid view at level 30+. Secondly, the location matters. I didn't like any of the food options around Raffles Place. Hence, we had to travel a bit to the malls to shop and dine. I would say that Fullerton Hotel is a great business hotel. I would recommend Fullerton Hotel to all tourists who wish to stay in Fullerton Hotel. You can have a glimpse of Singapore's history too.

x, Esther
