ChatGPT Review: Is It Worth The Hype?
Everyone is talking about ChatGPT. What is it? Why is everyone talking about it?
Content:
ChatGPT is a powerful language processing model developed by OpenAI. It can generate natural language text, answer questions, and perform other language-based tasks accurately. This technology can be utilised in various industries for tasks such as customer service chatbots, automated content creation such as writing emails, and more. It is a highly valuable tool for businesses that want to improve efficiency and customer engagement through natural language processing.
In simpler terms - ChatGPT is a computer program that can understand and respond to human language. It's like having a robot friend who can talk to you and answer your questions. It's brilliant but doesn't have emotions like a real person.

Type in your prompts or questions.
That's it. It will start to chat with you.
You should note that not all information is accurate. In addition, you will need to do some cross-referencing if you wish to use the content.
Here's my honest review:
I was totally mind-blown after testing out ChatGPT. Although the ChatGPT's databank is only updated till 2021, I would acknowledge that some of the answers and advice it provided are still relevant today.
I foresee a lot of people using ChatGPT for various purposes, such as creating content, writing emails, translating, etc. It is because it's easy to use and straight to the point. You do not need to scroll and view several articles to find the answers.
However, at the same time, I do have concerns about ChatGPT too. Is it biased? Is there an ethical issue? I did not use the chatbot to ask about any controversial topics. Therefore I cannot give my comment on these issues.
It is straightforward to use. It's just a messaging app. Type in your question or prompts, and the ChatGPT will generate its response.
I thoroughly enjoyed using ChatGPT. I would give it five out of five stars!
It's simple and straight to the point. If you input the correct prompt, you will get a good answer.
Ask the right questions, and you will get the correct answers.
The UI is kept clean, similar to a messaging app. You can focus on "chatting" with ChatGPT.
You can also keep the history of the questions and responses on your account. This function is beneficial if you need to refer to the content.
I recommend that you use ChatGPT for these 2 main functions:
Draft email content
Brainstorm ideas and content
ChatGPT studied the content all over the internet. I wouldn't be surprised if it learned billion of pages worth of content on the internet. After testing out ChatGPT, it had mastered the language to write content and share pointers that you can use in your content.
I used ChatGPT to help me in drafting email content.
This is the prompt that I used - "rewrite the email in a formal and corporate language." Outlook and other email apps may provide spell and grammar checks. However, the system cannot advise you if the email is written in the relevant tone. This is where ChatGPT comes in. It helped to correct the choice of words and sentence structure. For those looking to improve their written skills, you can study the draft and learn from there too.
Secondly, I used ChatGPT to brainstorm ideas and content. I will ask ChatGPT about what people are searching for on the internet to even ask it to give me some pointers I could include in my content. This is useful when you face a mental block. Just chat with ChatGPT. Then decide if you wish to take up its ideas or advice.
I highly do not recommend that you use ChatGPT to create content. Yes, you can instruct ChatGPT to generate the content for you. However, is that the best thing to do? Imagine everyone using the same content. That would be another piece of generic content. It is an easy way out, but would the content bring more value to the audience? Would it show off your personality? Or are you promoting AI chatbots?
ChatGPT is a powerful tool. It's easy to use. You can chat with it, and it will give you an answer. I hope this article provides you with a better insight into ChatGPT. AI Chatbots are here to stay for a long time. It might even change our behaviour soon. Would you start to use such chatbots?
x, Esther
