Meta Business Suite: Exploring its First Impression and Key Benefits

Meta likes to make changes to its page regularly. When I logged in to the Creator Studio in December 2022, Meta prompted me to switch over to Meta Business Suite. So, I decided to give it a try to see if the Business Suite would improve my workflow. I am happy to say that it did after 3 months of trying it out!

What is Meta Business Suite?

According to Meta;

Meta Business Suite is a one-stop shop where you can manage all of your marketing and advertising activities on Facebook and Instagram. It centralizes tools that help you connect with your customers on all apps and get better business results.

First Impression of Meta Business Suite?

1. After logging into Creator Studio, I was prompted to switch to Business Suite.

2. The prompts will show you the main differences between Business Suite and Creator Studio. One key advantage of Business Suite is that you can create and customise Facebook and Instagram content at the same time.

3. Meta Business Suite is also available on mobile phones. However, as I prefer to work on my computer, I will not be reviewing the mobile app in this post.

Functions available in Meta Business Suite:

The functions of Meta Business Suite are somewhat similar to those of Creator Studio. You can schedule both Facebook and Instagram posts, and one improvement is that you can now create advertisement campaigns simultaneously. Additionally, you can now post stories, reels, and videos on both social media platforms at the same time.

If you have the chance to change, give Meta Business Suite a try. The workflow has been streamlined, making scheduling posts slightly easier than scheduling on Creator Studio.

One other advantage of Meta Business Suite is that it provides more detailed analytics for your posts and ads. You can now view metrics such as reach, engagement, and impressions for both Facebook and Instagram in one place. This makes it easier to track the performance of your social media activities and make adjustments as needed.
